(L.A.) Norma Guzman, 37, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Hispanic female that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Norma Guzman.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

RIP NORMA GUZMAN (March 24, 1978 – September 27, 2015)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:05 a.m.

The decedent was shot dead by LAPD officers. Her family was awarded a $1.95 million settlement in 2018.

No criminal charges were filed against the shooters.
