The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Laura Duncan.

Cause of Death A: Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Organs Failure

Cause of Death C: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death D: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Opiate Dependency
