Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Joel Melchor.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Acute Cardiac Dysfunction

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cardiomyopathy

Other Significant Condition: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

RIP JOEL MELCHOR (February 1, 1974 – June 11, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 9:05 a.m.

The decedent was not morbidly obese. His body was not brought in to the DME.

His first jab appears to have been in March 2021. He said he was “knocked out” the first day and was still totally wiped out the following day.
