The coroner’s office has identified the man as Jose Mancia.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death A: Cardiac Arrhythmia

Cause of Death B: Physical Assault

Other Significant Condition: Hypertensive and Atherosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease
