The coroner’s office has identified the man as Nicholas Molina.

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Effects

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:38 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on October 31, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
