(L.A.) Robert Careaga, 25, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 25-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Robert Careaga.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl, Cocaine and Alprazolam

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 7:42 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 20, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
