(L.A.) Tracey McCurdy, 58, Died at a Private Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Tracey McCurdy.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Heroin, and Methamphetamine Toxicity

RIP TRACEY MCCURDY (October 8, 1965 – November 21, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 9:40 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on December 27, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
