Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 37-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in Lancaster.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Cassandra McClendon, resident of East Sahuayo Street.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension
