Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 61-year-old Latino male that occurred in a storage container.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Irineo Gutierrez.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 9:45 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the COD ruling on February 12, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.
