Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 96-year-old Caucasian female that occurred in a nursing home.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Paulette Tuchyner.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Hypertension and Recent Hip Fracture
