Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Black male. He was found lifeless on a flight of stairs.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Adonis Evans.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 8:22 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on July 1, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
