Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rafael Destura.

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 4:00 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on February 25, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
