(L.A.) Francisco Nuñez, 38, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 38-year-old Latino male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Francisco Nuñez of Lancaster.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 9:13 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 2, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drug.

The decedent was found lying in bushes in a dirt lot between two apartment buildings in the 44000 block of Division Street. It was in the area of Division Street and Avenue J-7.
