(L.A.) Ronald Hennessy, 42, Died in a Parking Lot

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 42-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a parking lot.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ronald Hennessy.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Acute and Chronic Alcohol Use

Other Significant Conditions: Effects of Fentanyl, History of Schizophrenia

RIP RONALD HENNESSY (January 21, 1982 – March 16, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:57 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on April 22, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, overdose.
