Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 29-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at his home in Lancaster.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ricardo Blanchard, resident of East Avenue J-12 in the 93535.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Ethanol Intoxication
