Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 44-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Scott Worth.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Combined Effects of Methamphetamine and Fentanyl

RIP SCOTT WORTH (February 26, 1980 – April 10, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 11:05 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling in early June, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the drugs.
