The coroner’s office has identified the man as Rafael Rodriguez.

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Thursday at 8:20 p.m.

The government investigator had initially given given the decedent’s forename+surname as “Rafael Rodriguez Rodriguez” before later removing the duplication.
