The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Ellen Shadle.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Cause of Death B: History of Probable Fall

Other Significant Conditions: History of Dementia, Alzheimer’s Disease, Atrial Fibrillation, Hypertension
