The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Nequia Starks.

Cause of Death: Sequelae Blunt-Force Trauma of Neck

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 10:12 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in mid-October.
