The coroner’s office has identified the man as Fernando Chavez Lizarraga.

Cause of Death A: Effects of Bronchopneumonia

Cause of Death B: Adenovirus Infection

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 3:50 p.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on November 11.
