(L.A.) Pedro Nicho Palacios, 28, Died From Recreational Drug Use

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 28-year-old Latino male that occurred at his residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Pedro Nicho Palacios.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Effects

Other Significant Condition: Recent Cocaine Use

RIP PEDRO NICHO PALACIOS (July 23, 1996 – November 3, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Sunday at 10:30 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on January 23, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
