(L.A.) Juan Garcia, 43, Died on a Bridge

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 43-year-old Latino male that occurred on a bridge in Paramount.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Juan Garcia.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wounds

RIP JUAN GARCIA (March 11, 1981 – November 11, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 4:16 a.m.

LASD said the shooting occurred at 4:15 a.m. at the Long Beach (710) Freeway and Somerset Boulevard.

No arrests have been made.

Paramount is a city in Los Angeles County. It is bordered by Compton and Lynwood to the west, South Gate and Downey to the north, Bellflower to the east and south, and Long Beach to the south.
