The coroner’s office has identified the man as Reinerio Teshe Hernandez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Sequelae of Sharp-Force Injury of Abdomen

Other Significant Condition: Hepatitis C and Alcoholic Cirrhosis
