(L.A.) Warren Fox, 70, Died in a Hospital

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 70-year-old Black male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Warren Fox.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracerebral Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Hypertension

Other Significant Conditions: Cocaine Effects; Congestive Heart Failure; Diabetes Mellitus

RIP WARREN FOX (September 23, 1954 – November 11, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 12:46 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on February 4, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back from the lab.

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
