The coroner’s office has identified the man as James Holzer.

Cause of Death A: Effects of Intracerebral Hemorrhagic Stroke

Cause of Death B: Hypertensive Cerebroovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Atrial Fibrillation; Diabetes Mellitus with Peripheral Neuropathy
