Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 89-year-old Asian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as John Hu.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt-Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Congestive Heart Failure, Atrial Fibrillation
