The coroner’s office has identified the man as Anson Castillo.

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic and Hypertensive Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Conditions: Diabetes Mellitus, Congestive Heart Failure, End-Stage Renal Disease Requiring Dialysis
