Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 68-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Steven Kline.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Methamphetamine, Cocaine, and Opiates

Other Significant Conditions: Endocarditis, Congestive Heart Failure, Cardiomyopathy, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease, Diabetes, Alcoholism
