Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 76-year-old White/Caucasian male that occurred at a nursing/convalescent home.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Lawrence Delao.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Cardiopulmonary Arrest

Cause of Death B: Hypertension

Cause of Death C: Alzheimer’s Dementia

Other Significant Conditions: Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease; Schizophrenia

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 6:45 a.m.

The Department of Medical Examiner publicly disclosed the CoD ruling on January 29.
