The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Leslie Charleson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Intracranial Hemorrhage

Cause of Death B: Traumatic Blunt-Force Head Traumatic Injury

Other Significant Conditions: Medical History of Asthma, Arthritis, Atrial Fibrillation, and Normal Pressure Hydrocephalus
