Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old male of “Caucasian” ethnicity that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Christopher Tellez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Intoxication

Other Significant Condition: Decompensated Diabetes Mellitus
