(L.A.) Sarah Stephens, 20, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 20-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Sarah Stephens.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Effects of Fentanyl and Methamphetamine

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 3:35 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published in early August, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
