Who dat?
Swalwell is most famous for two tweets, one of which he posted six weeks ago about the pains he took to avoid Trump Tower.
It’s snowing in #NewYork. I need coffee. The closest cafe is inside Trump Tower. This is me walking to an alternative. pic.twitter.com/RLb0tAy2yT

His other notorious tweet, from November last year, included the line “The government has nukes.” which was his response to a citizen who hypothesized that the American people would rise up against the tyranny of government if the Second Amendment were taken away.
Eric Swalwell, the guy who said he would nuke America in a tweet, has just announced he is running for President.
2020 is going to be hilarious 🤣
