(L.A.) David Johnson, 21, Died in an Alley

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 21-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in an alley.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as David Johnson.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Intoxication

RIP DAVID JOHNSON (September 15, 2001 – March 17, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 9:17 a.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published around August 1, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drugs.
