(L.A.) Erik Brown, 35, Died in a Vehicle

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 35-year-old Black male that occurred in a vehicle.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Erik Brown.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Multiple Gunshot Wounds

RIP ERIK JAMES BROWN (January 27, 1987 – February 28, 2022)

The decedent was fatally shot while behind the wheel of a rental vehicle. The shooting is said to have taken place off of Fulton Avenue at around 3:30 a.m. Monday morning, when the victim was shot by the occupants of another vehicle that pulled up next to him. The victim crashed into a parked car and died at the scene.
