Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 49-year-old Black female that occurred on a sidewalk.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Kenyatta Mcneal.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl, Methamphetamine and Phencyclidine Toxicity
