Cause of Death A: Probable Sepsis

Cause of Death B: Acute Bronchopneumonia, Organism Not Established

Other Significant Conditions: History Of Hypertension, Nephrosclerosis With Pyelonephritis, Cardiac Fibrosis With Microthromboembo [sic]
