The coroner’s office has identified the man as Ulysses McMullen.

Manner of Death: Natural

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Laryngeal Obstruction

Cause of Death C: Laryngeal Squamous Cell Carcinoma

Other Significant Condition: Severe Coronary Artery Atherosclerosis
