Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 33-year-old Hispanic male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Humberto Lopez.

Cause of Death A: Sequelae of Anoxic Encephalopathy

Cause of Death B: Status Post Cardiopulmonary Arrest with Ischemic Heart Disease

Cause of Death C: Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy

RIP HUMBERTO LOPEZ (May 5, 1966 – February 29, 2000)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Tuesday at 3:40 p.m.
