(L.A.) Dana Allen, 58, Died at a Residence

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 58-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Dana Allen.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Atherosclerotic Heart Disease

RIP DANA ALLEN (December 16, 1964 – May 20, 2023)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Saturday at 10:25 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on July 20, presumably after the results of tox screening came back positive for the drug.

This was an accidental drug overdose.
