Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 16-year-old Hispanic male that occurred at a residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the teenager as Adam Rodriguez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Asphyxia

Cause of Death B: Inhalation of Volatile Hydrocarbon Gases

Cause of Death C: Recreational Abuse of Glade Air Freshener
