Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 15-year-old White/Caucasian female that occurred in a hospital.
The coroner’s office has identified the teenager as Addison Hitchcock.

Cause of Death: Sudden Unexpected Death in Epilepsy

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Wednesday at 9:51 p.m.
Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on November 22, presumably after the results of tox screening came back negative for substances.
We do not know if the decedent was injected with synthetic mRNA.

This represents a 35.4‐fold increase in seizure rates for the COVID‐19 vaccine compared to the influenza vaccines.
