The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Adela Barrales-Sanchez.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death A: Macro Fat Pulmonary Embolism

Cause of Death B: Abdominal and Flank Liposuction with Fat Transfer to Buttocks
