Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 27-year-old Black female that occurred on a sidewalk in Comptom.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Alexis Walker.

Manner of Death: Homicide

Cause of Death: Gunshot Wounds

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 7:24 a.m.

The decedent was shot dead in the 12200 Block of South Willowbrook Avenue.
