(L.A.) April Williams, 62, Died From a Polydrug Overdose

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 62-year-old Caucasian female that occurred at a private residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as April Williams.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Acute Fentanyl, Oxycodone, and Methamphetamine Toxicity
