The coroner’s office has identified the man as Bayani Sevilla.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Blunt Force Head Trauma

Other Significant Conditions: Hypertension, Diabetes Mellitus

RIP BAYANI SEVILLA (October 11, 1936 – April 19, 2021)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Monday at 10:41 a.m. at LAC + USC Medical Center.

The accident had happened on April 2 (Friday) by Sunset Boulevard and Silver Lake Boulevard.
