Cause of Death B: Multiple Cerebral Infarcts/Cerebritis with Focal Hemorrhage

Cause of Death C: Mitral Valve Endocarditis (Clinical)

Cause of Death D: Methicillin-Resistant Staphylococcus aureus

Other Significant Conditions: E. coli Urinary Tract Infection, Coronary Atherosclerosis, Status Post Body/Genital Trauma
