Los Angeles County is reporting the death of an 18-year-old Latino male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Brandon Aguilar.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Methamphetamine Toxicity

Other Significant Condition: Sickle Cell Disease

This is considered an accidental, i.e., unintentional, drug overdose.
