Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 30-year-old Caucasian male that occurred in a hospital.

The coroner’s office has identified the man as Brian Vandermeer.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Fentanyl and Methamphetamine Toxicity
