(L.A.) Brooke Scott, 56, Died From Cocaine

Los Angeles County is reporting the death of a 56-year-old Black female that occurred at her residence.

The coroner’s office has identified the woman as Brooke Scott.

Manner of Death: Accident

Cause of Death: Arteriosclerotic Cardiovascular Disease

Other Significant Condition: Cocaine Use

RIP BROOKE SCOTT (September 17, 1967 – April 5, 2024)

Formal pronouncement of death was made on Friday at 4:43 p.m.

Ruling by the deputy medical examiner was published on May 17, presumably after the results of tox screening had come back positive for the coke.

This is considered an accidental drug overdose.
